The ushering ministry is looking for ushers with a welcoming smile and servant's heart to help 1-2 months out of the year. Our goal is to welcome people coming into worship services, to direct people to their seat when seating is limited, and to help with service logistics (i.e. passing out bulletins, passing the offering bags, collecting communion cups, etc). The ushers help people feel comfortable coming into service and minimize the impact of latecomers on the service.

The Usher's responsibilities include:

• Arriving at church 15 minutes before service to prepare the Sanctuary/Fellowship Hall
• Passing out bulletins
• Showing people to their seats as needed
• Facilitating the passing/collection of the offering bags
• Taking attendance
• Helping with other service logistics
