"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another?" Hebrews 10:24-25

Purpose Statement: To know, experience, and be transformed by Jesus Christ, and to become equipped to serve others through the bonds of fellowship and community.

It is our sincere hope to develop true community at CEC. We not only want you to learn and grow in your walk with Christ, but we want you to have true fellowship and friendships with fellow believers. We pray that through the Community Group Ministry, you will form close friends who will support you, pray for you, challenge you, and encourage you in your Christian walk. Of course, it will also be a place for food and fun!

Currently, we have various groups that meet in the San Diego area. These groups meet every week or every other week and consist of sharing, prayer, and a study. There are also intermittent social events and community outreach projects.
