Rev. Allen Lin ![]() |
Rev. Allen Y. Lin was born and raised in Taiwan.
In 1978, he came to the U.S.A. as an undergraduate transfer student at University
of Alabama at Tuscaloosa, he became a football fan. At the age of 30, he
went to Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary at Fort Worth, Texas for
his theological training and education. At Southwestern Seminary, he earned
a Master of Art in Religious Education, Master of Art in Marriage and Family
Counseling and Master of Divinity. In 2005, he completed his Doctor
of Ministry degree at Columbia Theological Seminary, Atlanta, Georgia. Pastor Lin joined CEC as the Mandarin Associate Pastor in September 2006. He and his wife, Gail Chiang, have been happily married since 1997. They have three lovely children: Esther, Jessica and Joshua. |
